I grew up watching women work tirelessly in the fields—feeding families, nurturing the land, yet are rarely recognised as “farmers”. Women form 64% of India’s agricultural workforce. Amratahaar aims to honour their contribution and pay our tribute—to their labour, wisdom, and rightful place in agriculture.

Our ORIGIN

A Mother’s Vision,
A Daughter’s Promise.

Amratahaar was born in the heartland of Madhya Pradesh, where food is not just sustenance, but a language of love passed down through generations. Born out of the heart of a mother, our brand is deeply rooted in a legacy of traditional farming—where every grain is grown naturally, without chemicals, shortcuts, or compromise.

For decades, our parents worked hand-in-hand with their elders, cultivating wholesome pulses and grains with age-old wisdom and a deep respect for the land. As the world shifted to modern, chemical-heavy agriculture for faster yields, our farms stayed true to their roots—preserving the purity and practices of our grandparents.

In 2020, when the pandemic challenged our health and the world searched for clean, immune-boosting food, we were reminded of our greatest blessing: access to pure, chemical-free nourishment grown on our own land. It was then that we realized—food can be our strongest medicine or our slowest poison.

One day, our mother, the heart of our home, asked a simple question: “Why shouldn’t every family have access to food that’s as pure as what I feed my children? Why can’t we have food like we used to 50 years ago?” That question sparked a mission.

Amratahaar was created to answer that call. Every product is grown on our family farms and lovingly packed under our mother’s watchful eye—just as she would prepare it for us at home. From our soil to your kitchen, Amratahaar is a promise of purity, tradition, and care—because every family deserves food that heals, not harms.

Our Identity

The Symbol of
Our Promise.

In Hindi, ‘‘ (A) is the first sound, the beginning of all language. For us at Amratahaar, it signifies the Origin—the seed, the soil, and the ancient wisdom of the mothers who nurture it.

It stands for Annapurna (the divine provider of food) and Amrit (pure nectar). But most importantly, its curves represent the embrace of the all-women team that handcrafts every grain you eat. It is a reminder that your food doesn’t come from a factory; it comes from a mother’s care.

OUR PROCESS

The Art of Slow Food

Our process honors the ancient way: stone-grinding at low temperatures to keep natural oils intact, and manual winnowing to ensure only the cleanest grains reach your kitchen. See how we turn nature’s harvest into life-giving Amrit.
